· Providing correct sizing information

We do not offer a refund, credit or exchange on all swimwear, intimate wear or vintage for sanitary reasons. There is also no refund, credit or exchange on accessories or footwear.
For anything other than Handmade/Reworked; we offer a 7 day return policy for garments that are in the same condition when shipped: non-damaged, no odors (inclusive of perfumes or deodorant) and tags attached. Anything worn, altered, washed, soiled or missing its original packaging and tags will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs and for emailing email@example.com to request a return. You must also provide a valid Tracking # at that time. Items sent back without first requesting a return and without providing a Tracking # will not be accepted. You will be notified once your returned items are received and inspected. If approved, you will automatically be issued a gift card for the full value of your returned merchandise less any duties or fees, if applicable, incurred by Refuse To Obey. The gift card is valid for 1 year.
All handmade garments are made to order. We want you to love your new threads. We recommend that you check our size guide for specific measurements. We are always available to assist so if you are unsure of your size and/or need a custom fit or have a question, don’t hesitate to email us. Our team responds within 24 hours on business days to most enquiries. During holidays and weekends, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
We cannot cancel orders after they are placed as they are processed in our system immediately. However, within 24 hours of placing your order the following applies: Should you place an Order and decide that you wish to change the fabric, item and/or size(s) of the item(s) ordered, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. It does not mean that this change will be accommodated. It will depend on production time and inventory. You will receive an email confirming if this change will or won’t be considered. After 24 hours of placing Orders, any changes to your Order will not be accepted.
PRE LOVED/VINTAGE PIECES
Selling vintage online can be challenging which is why all items are described accurately with specific details noted. We invest a lot of time on our photographing process to ensure you can see the product presented clearly from different angles. All items will be final sale. We do not offer a refund, credit or exchange.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
We take pride in creating customized garments made especially for you! A considerable amount of time and effort goes into this process. No refund, credit or exchange can be issued to custom orders as garments are made specifically for you based on the size you provide so it’s important to be accurate. No refund, credit or exchange on custom orders should the sizing provided be incorrect or not fit properly based on the size provided by you.
All gift cards are final sale. They are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and not for resale.
Purchases made on the gift card are subject to the same terms and conditions as regular purchases in terms of our policies. Gift cards have no additional processing fees and are valid for 1 year.
